If you cannot find someone, look at ICORE. The International Confederation of Revoelver Enthusiasts. They are an IPSC type group that shoots only revolvers. Go to a few matches and shoot. Don't be afraid of getting embarrassed, that is going to happen no matter how much experience you have. If ICORE is anything like IPSC, you will meet some fine folks that are happy to give you tips and assist you in bettering your skills. You might even find someone who does professional training.
need handgun training near Santa Barbara, Ca
Can anyone recommend a quality handgun class, entry level, near Santa Barbara, Ca. I prefer to use a revolver. Looking for something more than a standard NRA class. Something with a combat approach and suing a modified Weaver Stance would be great.
