Need a special screw

    Can anyone tell me where I can locate a screw like the one pictured

    If you have an old fashioned hardware store near you, bring it in their and I bet they can match it. Not one of those big box stores but a "real" hardware store.

    Find out what weapon it came out of and look at Numrich Arms/Gun Parts on the Internet.
    They have an abundance of original parts most of the time. Also as a last resort if you have a Lowe's or Menards close they have screws that may be similar in the bolt, screws section usually in individual metal door trays.

    It's going to fit a pistol grip for an H&R Trapdoor.

    I going to make another pistol grip for my H&R Officers Model 1873 .44-70 and am looking for a 2" screw that will fit the existing screw hole.

    Yes they do but screws are out of stock.

    Try Dixie gun works they may have them.
