I don't know how post post the link, but if you YouTube search navy seal vs piers Morgan it should come up. It is an interview w the author of "damn few" and ex seal opperator and I believe they said he still trains seal members. Very good interview and notice how Morgan didn't snap on this elite military opperator like he has many people in the past. :)

If this has already been posted, please feel free to remove.

I am noat a violent person by any means. But I would really enjoy some bad guy with a gun going after Piers Morgan, only for him to be saved by a CCW permit holder.......and although it would be inconceiveable....the CCW holder should have an AR-15. But I doubt even that scenario would get through the thick skull of Piers Morgan.

The problem with him is not his views on politics or firearms, his problems are his views on politics and firearms in AMERICA. His views may be perfectly acceptable across the pond, here...not so much. Unless you're a socialist, then maybe they'd be ok.

I'd have to let the bad guys take him. A guy like Morgan is more likely to testify against YOU for putting down that fine young man who was on the verge of turning his life around than to ever ADMIT his positions are lunacy.

    Tack

The problem I can see is that upon realizing it was Piers Morgan, at the very minimum, selective blindness would occur to the armed citizen and they would be rendered unable to assist his pompous ass. I know I wouldn't cross the street to piss on him if he were on fire.

I used to watch Piers (Brit), Sharon Osborne (Brit) and Howie Mandel (Canadian) act as Judges on 'America's Got Talent". Never could quyite figure that one out, 300 million people in our country and we need foreigners to tell us what we like?

    Marketing.
Our whole lives, we have been fed the lie that European stuff is, simply by virtue of being from Europe, superior to the stuff we crank out in this country. You ever notice how sticking "Euro" in front of nearly any word somehow makes it worthy of your serious consideration? Hell, even "Eurotrash" is a better class of douchebag than our domestic White Trash. ;) So, by extension "Euro" people must be superior as well.
Anyone who's seen Soccer Hooligans, experienced the French aversion to deodorant, or had the misfortune of driving a Fiat for any length of time knows how big a load of crap it all is. (The Rube Goldberg inspired design that is the cooling system of my (former) Peugeot 405 didn't help matters either.)

Yeah except most of your quality firearms are from Europe, hmm lets just see, Beretta, Franchi, Stoeger, and Benelli of Italy, Browning and Winchester bought by FN of Belgium;), Glocks and Steyr from Austria, CZ of the Czech Republic, Heckler and Koch, Walther, Mauser, and Sig Sauer of Germany, Accuracy International, Purdey and Holland & Holland of the UK, to name but a few...

As for tax and spend, yeah the EU is a mess that most Europeans want no part of but have been given it anyway, America is basically owned by commy China. Anyway lets not get into another 'them and us' thing but bear in mind we are here as gun owners and don't appreciate being associated with twats like Morgan who incidentally is no where near as anti gun as the likes of your very own Bloomberg and Feinstein.

...or the other way around. They say if you lend someone a little money, you own them. If you loan someone a TON of money, THEY OWN YOU

I am sure everything in Europe is not better than American. But the cars made in Europe certainly are.

So your saying that Colt, Smith &Wesson, Ruger, Springfield Armory, are inferior to their "Betters" from across the pond? How many Sigs, Berettas, & Walthers are built in the US? BTW, adding Purdy & Holland & Holland to that list is silly. They are built to order, boutique brands. Does the UK build any firearms other than shotguns ordered by the royal family? The British Army was ordering 7.62 rifles from LMT, not from Holland & Holland or Purdy, as I recall. Again, "European" does not equal "Superior."
As for "Owned by Commie China", Have you been in an been shopping in the UK in a while? The UK has a crapload of chinese stuff in their stores too. How long before Chinese built MGs hit the showrooms?

As a former import mechanic for over 30 years I can tell you that european cars are about biggest pieces of sh!t on the road. Overpriced crap. Only in America do we think so highly of Mercedes and BMW's. In europe they use them for taxis.

    Overkill0084,

No European does not equal "superior", where are you seeing that?. But it certainly does not equal inferior which is the picture your trying to paint, one you clearly cant substantiate especially regarding firearms, and you certainly cant talk as far as our economies are concerned.

All because of Piers Morgan, who wouldn't even be there if we didn't hate him and you didn't like him. Why else is he there?. He is hated and disgraced here.

Yes that's why America is coming down with European imported cars. And their are very few American cars going into Europe simply because they are crap the you can't argue with the figures. That's also why the American car manufacturers are on their knees. You mentioned Mercedes and BMW's add Volkswagen Porsche Ferrari Lamborghini etc. America hasn't anything that comes close. Give up you can't win this one.
