Thank God for great organizations like the National Shooting Sport Foundation.

Please read this Bulletin. Reed Exhibitions was no longer going to allow the manufacturers or dealers to display of any ARs or similar rifles (Assault Rifles in their report!) and high capacity magazines in their shows. So the National Shooting Sport Foundation cancelled their contract after 30 years of doing business with Reed Exhibitions! WAY TO GO NSSF!

*We should not support or attend any show no matter what kind of show Reed Exhibitions is involved with! Pass it on!

    Here is the Bulletin:

NSSF Statement on Management of the SHOT Show®

The National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), the trade association for the firearms industry, today announced that it has reached an agreement with Reed Exhibitions to terminate the agreement the parties had for the management of the SHOT Show®. Accordingly, effective immediately, Reed Exhibitions will no longer be manager and producer of the SHOT Show.

Reed Exhibitions provided excellent service to NSSF and the customers of the SHOT Show for more than three decades, however, the company's decision to restrict the sale of certain types of firearms this year at its consumer hunting and fishing show -- an event unrelated to NSSF and the SHOT Show -- was in conflict with NSSF's mission to serve the shooting sports industry. As a result, both organizations decided it was in the best interest of the SHOT Show to end their relationship.

NSSF is actively engaged in the process of identifying a new show management company to manage and produce the SHOT Show beginning with the 2014 SHOT Show.

The SHOT Show -- the Shooting, Hunting and Outdoor Trade Show -- is owned and sponsored by NSSF. It is the largest and most comprehensive trade show for all professionals involved with the shooting sports, hunting and law enforcement industries. The 2014 SHOT Show will be held Jan. 14-17 at the Sands Expo and Convention Center in Las Vegas.

The message is clear. The shooting public is losing their tolerance for the collaborators. Just like the closing days of WWII in France, this will get BLOODY!

The Shooting Sport Foundation after dumping Reed Exhibitions for their anti Second Amendment Policies of not allowing certain types of weapons in any of their shows the promote. Has a new supporter and marketing supporter. The agreement has been signed with CSG Creative. They will take the lead on behalf of the National Shooting Sports for the 2014 Shot Show! Hurray for CSG and The Shooting Sport Foundation. Who is a vital supporter of our Second Amendment Rights and has the financial backing as the NRA to keep the fight!
I would suggest that we all boycott any shows that Reed Exhibitions has a part in no matter how well we like the shows!

God Bless the National Shooting Sports Foundation
    and the NRA.
