Took five grand-kids to let them shoot my .22s. I started training them from around age 6. They're all grown now, but occasionally still take 'em shooting. The youngest, 14, wants to shoot only my 1911. For some reason he loves that gun. His brother, 22, likes to shoot my 1894 Winchester 30.30. (he's the one in the picture here.) The granddaughter here I ended up adopting, along with her sister.

Awesome time. Nothing better than teaching kids the joys of shooting.

I took two of my sisters-in-law out shooting for their first time a month or two ago. They shot my bolt action .22. They enjoyed it so much I decided to not them their own CRKT .22 for Christmas. :)
