Tell me what you guys think. I plan to keep adding stuff to it but for the most part, it is done!
Looks good. How's it shoot?
I have pined for one for years, but that gun remains elusive when the mood strikes me...
Oh, by the way...do you have any .22 ammo pictures to share?
I have only shot it stock. Saving my ammo and been ordering this stuff for the past 3 weeks. It shot great. Kinda worried about the magpul sights. They are made and designed for ar 15 (bullet drop). I will be sure to do a range report Really trying to find ammo to shoot. I have a lot of ammo but I never shoot what I can't replace.
By .22 ammo pictures what do you mean? I have ammo and can take pictures if you would like.
Sweet! What else do you plan on doing to it?
Ah, just a bit of levity.
Very nice rifle and I love the sights...enjoy!
As of now, just trying to get ammo for it. I really can't think of anything else. I am going to take the thing to the range and see how it does. I have not shot it yet with all the gear on it. Just the stock
I wish you the best of luck on your ammo search. It's pretty dry out there when it comes to 22LR....
Thanks! They were a b&%# to find with all the scare buying. Finally tracked a pair down. Cost me an arm and a leg
Yeah. It sucks. I hate people that buy more than they need and don't save any for us. At this point in time, there should be a nationwide limit of 2 boxes per week per customer. I know I sound liberal but seriously. It's not fair. I guess it's life. 1 billion rounds a week and I can't get a single freaking grain of powder.
Nice gun. I want a 10/22. They are like tranformers. Turn them into anything lol.
Best insurance purchase you will ever make. Good guns for home defense because they are customizable and good to manuver around (CQB)
If u like the "stock "message me .. I want to sale it
Purttty sweet there!
I like it for the most part but could take or leave the foregrip.
Yeah. It was more of a cosmetic but I needed something so I could reach my flashlight on switch. My thumb only has to come up a bit to activate strobe. So it worked out perfect. The only problems is cleaning. I have to take all that crap off to clean the gun
I have an ATI Strikeforce stock and while I don't have to remove the attachments I do have to remove the stock for a full cleaning.
Of course, I only do the full cleaning about every 3 range trips (Which has been awhile due to ammo). The 10/22 seems to perform fine with a simple wipe down. I do try to keep the chamber clean and will usually run a bore brush through every time.
So in other words, I feel your pain but welcome to the wonderful world of Ruger .22 cleaning. The handguns aren't any better.
Hope this helps
My heart aches...
Now mine is what you call tactical
I can fit the 10/22 with a scope, inside a nice little pack and also keep a tube filled with about 500 rounds of 22lr and pack a glock in one of the pockets with extra spare mags all in one complete little package and cleaning is a breeze
