I got a squires Bingham 22 rifle and I wanna know if u think this is a good rifle or not
I check a few sites on it ,seems like a cool 22. Sold thru K-mart too and otherbrand names. Looks Like a nice shooter. Bobs gun parts has parts for it. Might want to buy some small parts just in case. I see to its Philippian made.
I have it and I shot it and it only jammed once but the clips are hard to find especially this brand
I looked it up on Google.....It seems to be a reasonably good 22....You should get good service if you use good quality ammo (no Remington Golden Bullets).......Check it often and keep it clean...........................Good luck
Thx a lot dude
Mags are avalible just google them. This should keep you busy for a while.
Thx a lot u guys I needed some help
This rifle is a pretty decent shooter, I had an original Squires-Bingham 16, which is now the ARMSCOR 1600...
the original company was British and when the PI gained independance, they went about buying up companies as got the capital they needed...
recently ARMSCOR has switched over to CNC machinery and has been producing a better class of weapon...Rock Island Armoury is also a division...
they make solid quality guns that are about as precise as a 1022
Main thing you will want to do is polish the bolt & the rails it slides on...use your favorite method...let Goldenloki be your guide...
Yeah, it sez Keltec hints, but they work on all semi-auto firearms
I love Remington Golden Bullets they shoot perfect in my .22.
I have bought the bricks with several loose leads and empty shells in the unopened box......Many times the leads are loose in the case neck......They feed eratically in my many semi auto 22s........I think they might be good in revolvers and single shot weapons.........................................I won't buy any more even if they are the only brand left on the shelf.......I think individually hand loading cheap 22 shorts is superior to using Remingington Golden Bullets.....
Hopefully, you folks that "love" Remington Golden Bullets will buy all of them up and leave the superior "other" brands for us dedicated shooters.
I hate all Remington 22 ammo. Same thing happens to me! They are especially dirty too. I shoot federal 40gr or Winchester...and no other.
Same goes for me. But not just 22 ammo, all Remington ammo. There powder isn't of the highest quality. Yes it may be cheaper than Winchester ammo but I ain't feeding my gun there ammo. I found out how they really are especially with my 12 gauge and 22lr.
