I have a model 700 in 300 Win Mag....I bought this rifle from a big box store and they offered to do the mounting and scoping as a free service..the mounts are Leupold..the rings and scope are a Bushnell 4200 Elite....I have had to tighten the rings a few times now...should I take this to a good gunsmith and have it re-done...??? Is this a common thing..???
The other rifles I use have NEVER been redone EVER...could it be a case of carelessness on there part..the set-up is good and shoots tight when everything is good..but everytime I have to re-do something it seems to move impact point somewhat...any ideas...????
