Mossberg's Parts Department Provides POOR Customer Service

    I ordered a larger bolt handle for one of my 930 SPXs on Dec 17th and hadn’t received it as of yesterday, so I emailed them.

    I received a reply that it would ship today.

    Very poor customer service

    You do realize that many manufacturers (of firearms and other items) shut down in mid-December for cleaning/inventory and to allow some much needed time off. I would not get too upset about this.

    They didn’t close till the 23rd, according to the "hold" messages I listened to while I waited 15 minutes to buy the part.


    That gave then 4 days to stick a part in a bag and ship it.
