Daley and his cronies are hypocrites of the first order. He and his ilk have thousands of police to protect their royal behinds and homes. The only solution is for all good people to abandon the city and let it sink under the weight of its own corruption and incompetence.

My wife and I are leaving California for the same reason; Demolibsocialist rule and ruin of the Golden State.

    yeah, here we go again....

well, nothing beats a friend or father with a foid card in dupage county then....eh?

my planning wheels are in motion to move on out here as well...

but actually they dont enforce the registration policy right now as it is(unless maybe you call the cops on yourself)....and i'm curious how things will change if they even do, i was issued a C&R earlier this year to my chicago address(havent used it yet)...and no funny fishing visits from the CPD either yet, knock on wood.

what are they going to do when no one applies for the city handgun permits....trace all the new purchases to chicago addressess? how legally? i am definitely curious to see how this all works or plays out.

"Reasonable regulation" is just not the same as having an inalienable right that "shall not be infringed" is it?

But somehow the SCOTUS thinks it is......

Cool so I can break into someones garage and not get a breaking an entering charge, but only criminal trespass. Because occording to that ordinance the garage isn't part of the home and therefore wouldn't be breaking and entering. I really don't see how loosening the definition of what a home is helps "protect the Chicago residents since mayor dayley claims that is his goal with this. stupidity at it's finest.

It helps protect the 'constituents' that vote for Daley by criminalizing the decent people who dont for defending themselves when the liberal druggie scum that are his main voting bloc decide that your property should belong to them and they shouldn't have to face an armed property owner to get what they think is theirs.

Its all that 'social justice' 'wealth redistribution' crap......

I think we should try an experiment.....lets drop Daley in the deepest, darkest part of the southside of Chicago at about midnight, without any of his many bodyguards and ask him at sunrise how he feels about gun control, if he isnt beaten, raped prison style, murdered and then raped prison style again.

They're trying that as we speak. The head socialist in charge has to do it or he will never get reelected.

    Revolving Doors......

It's time to put a stop to the insane way the goverment is being run. Every State should have a vigilante force. No more slap on the hand for felonies. If your caught with illegal drugs and guns its two behind the head after your cuffed and kneeling on the street!!! Then your tagged as such and left for the buzzards. Same goes for dirty Cops, and Government Officials. When the working class, tax paying, I give $hit people start to finally take over we might be able to save whats left of this Failing country. I'm ready, are you?

I would advise you excersize caution in your statements about such matters, the feds DO monitor sites such as this and thanks to the "patriot" act CAN find out who you are and where you live.

If we're on this board or any other firearms board, it is pretty much a sure thing that we're on somebody's list.

We believe in the Constitution and a strong and free America. We are the enemy of the sociocrats and they pay attention.

They're scum. Misguided, intolerant, wrong and hypocritical, yes, but anything but stupid.

Will, don't forget that the Constitution that we hold so dear guarantees the right to a fair and speedy trail. Ya can't play it that way, if we discard the laws of the land then we are no better than those that are tearing down our country. WE MUST BE BETTER THAN THEM. You dig? Like my Pop used to tell me "don't lower yourself to thier standards".

Can you believe they would publish the list of gun permit holders? If a BG wanted a gun, they could just refer to the list and go break in.

The government (especially THIS one) can't find their own backside. I highly doubt that the intelligence services are actually funded enough to care much about this site. They could go back and look at records if they find a specific reason to go look. For THAT reason I would be careful what I type, but I doubt there is a Poindexter in a cubicle somewhere keeping track of us when they can't even (fill in the blank with ANYTHING government should do well but doesn't).

You're absolutely right, 357. I just want to make sure that we never give the massive federal bureaucracy more credit than it deserves.

The Chicago anti-gun machine sucks! Just to get us back on the topic.
