I heard about this on the radio this morning. A google search showed several websites that confirm it as fact. A couple say it's not so.

Monsanto does some questionable things at best. There is a class action law suit about their policy of sueing farmers whos crops were cross polinated with their gmo corn. Monsanto has put family farmers out of business using this method.

Also they are developing the "terminator seed", which is sterile. If true and they did buy xe, what is their intent?

Monsato also has a history of creating a new GMO seed corn every year. If a farmer holds over any seed from the previous year they can't plant it the following year. If they do? You guessed it. They get sued by Monsato. Also the GMO seed corn is pollen sterile so it the corn that is grown from their seed will not be viable. This means a farmer cannot grow their own seed corn. The class action lawsuit you refer to is because farmers were growing non-GMO corn in neighboring fields that had viable pollen and those fields would pollenate the GMO corn making the seed viable.

I was under the impression that the gmo corn was pollenating the organic corn thus redering it no longer organic. Also when that happens monsanto would trespass onto the farmers fields to get samples to use in court.

A couple of years ago I watched documentery that went into detail about what monsanto was doing. It was on hulu and the name escapes me at this minute. If somebody knows the name of the film please help me.
