I have a guy that's wanting to trade me a Beretta model 926 and I can't find anything about that model anywhere so is there such a gun as a 926 ?

He wants $400 for it with 2 15 round mags and a holster so not sure it's worth it and it is a old police carry gun so it has had many rounds fired through her.

    Thanks guys ahead of time.

ask him if he meant a model 92/96 and what caliber it's in. (9mm is 92, .40 is 96, often referred to as a beretta 92/6, 92/96, etc. because it's the same gun in a different caliber.

Also, Beretta sold a few "multi-caliber" guns, where you got one lower frame and 2 upper slides/barrels, you could swap them back and forth from 9mm to .40 maybe he meant one of those?

    ask him for pics.

    I passed

I passed on the trade he couldn't give straight answers and 800 rounds of .223 at the moment are worth more IMHO.
