District Library believes the state law that limits local units of govt wrt constitutional carry, doesn't pertain to them. The ruling in lower court made absolutely zero sense, appeals court ruled in favor of state law, now the library is taking their cause to the state supreme court.

I started a thread in MI sub fora with the link to donate to the legal cause

District library has spent over 100k already in their misguided anti 2A policies. Best part, their decision to appeal was made behind closed doors, which is illegal on it's own merit. BUT, MOC wants this to go and be decided in the higher court.
