Medical Handbook

    Anyone found a good catch all medical handbook that lists symptoms and fixes for a survival type purposes when a Doctor is not available.

    Having been a paramedic for 10 years, any basic EMT or Paramedic manual from Brady should work nicely. Not everything would be practical but most would.

    If you know any nurses that work in an ER, you might want to ask them for the ISBN of off their manual. It is pretty comprehensive and basic enough to make a quick diagnoses, but it does require some knowledge of basic trauma treatment.
