whats your favorite potato?
mashed for me.
All of the above are good, but spiral cut potatoes, deep fried are my favorite.
I'll vote boiled, in a crawfish boil, but they are all good. Potatoes are an amazing food... Lol
butter, sire cream, chives, bacon bits, melted cheese, salt and pepper.
With prime rib on the side.
Considering that the skin contains most of the benefits and the rest is filler, give me baked.
Baked... Fried would be second....
french fries. By the time I get enough butter and sour cream and seasoning on a baked spud to eat it I am better off to go fried
That's what I like about a baked potato. You can load them up with butter, cheese, bacon bits, sour cream and just about make a meal out of one.
True. They're good with chili on them, too.
It depends on what I'm eating which kind of potato I prefer. I like red potatoes, mashed with the skin on. I like a twice baked potato with a steak. I really like baked sweet potatoes, too. Potato salad is great in the summer with a sandwich or a pot luck type get together.
theres a BBQ joint in Hot Springs that offers a loaded baked potato. It even has bbq and coleslaw on it and it is a meal by its self. They are huge. I call it heart attack on a plate.
Where's the all of the above choice?
Have to go with mash!!!
I'm still looking for the "beer" choice
Fried with ketchup on the side please. Either cut in long slices or sliced round. If you have a mandolin slicer you can make your own chips. Tasty. Oh and don't forget the malt vinegar.
Tough call; I am of Irish descent, in part.
Sweet tater. Baked (in the coals of the fire) so that the skin is crunchy. Throw some butter in there, and yer good to go.
Mashed , smashed , crushed with peas & carrots on the side
2 favorites. Baked (for the crunchy skin, the rest is just potato) and potatoes galette.
And remember, if you wrap a potato in foil---it's not baked! It's steamed and a waste of a perfectly good potato.
