Marlin 939 problem

    I have a marlin 939 and it keeps stove piping any thoughts? Thanks

    Is it new to you? Have you stripped and cleaned it? Got pics?

    No it not new to me and i did do a good strip and clean but it is still stove piping

    Is the extractor broken? It's a top eject lever action right?

    does that mean that you have two mags? or just the one new one? Could be the ejector. There are only three likely reasons for jamming on that rifle(if its clean) - ejector, extractor, or magazine.

    After looking closer it is the ejector. Thanks for the help everyone
