At the moment its fitted perfectly with no movement of the action/barrel of the Marlin 60.
I bought some Kydex and will be cutting out shapes to cover up the gap around the ejection port.
Used a 10/22 flash hider. I need to dremel off part of the bottom part so the tube can freely slide in and out
I'm not using the Marlin 60 trigger housing.
M4 magazine is fake. I'll be using some fake PMAGs with the fake bullets showing through the window.
All is left is the trigger linkage using a 1/8 steel tubular rod. This is the hardest part.
I'll be hooking it up to the action of the Marlin 60.

That is a very interesting set-up.
I like it better without the AR mag, though. Of course, the mag might be useful to hold extra ammo or maybe even as a quicker way to reload the tube mag.
Why would you rape a model 60?
for my bullpup conversions and to get the 14-18 rounders. my 10/22 cant fit in everything. a marlin 60 can
Ok I just noticed each bullpup stock was different. I thought it was all the same thing. What are you going to do with all those wood stocks?
sell them. im not into the sporting wood stocks. i like the evil black rifle look.
See I'm the opposite I like wood I don't really like the synthetic stock look. I mostly buy military surplus(what's left) so I like wood. I recently bought a marlin 795 and it has a synthetic stock. Its kinda growing on me but I think ill replace it at some point.
yes! finished my first bullpup conversion! i literally spent like 7-8 hours just on the trigger linkage. this one was tough because the TAR21 doesnt split in half. a bunch of trial, error and frustration but i finally got it done.
ill be doing a test fire this week to see how it holds up.
its also heavy even though the stock is made of polymer plastic.
im working on the L85 next.
i have a Marlin 795 and i got rid of the synthetic stock and used this ACR.
Video of 2 dry fires to test the trigger linkage
That's interesting. Was it hard to Modify the stock?
stock was easy to gut out and modify
Where do you get those stocks from, can you just buy stocks like that.
How much you want for the squirrel mod 60.......?????? serious......
How much for one?
I wanna buy a bull pup for my model 60.
these are not aftermarket kits. i had to go the airsoft route since its the closest to a 1:1 scale version of the real centerfire.
theyre just gutted airsoft stocks that you dremel out until the action/barrel drops right in and then use extended nuts/bolts to prevent movement.
i usually search for used or broken airsoft guns on craigslist, ebay and the boneyard sections of evike.com, airsplat.com, airsoftmegastore.com
make me a fair offer.
whats special about the squirrel stock?
its not for sale. its just for my personal collection/amusement.
its better if you just buy the stock and DIY. i can answer any questions if you need help.
you can find a TAR21 stock for like $140 new. or $100 used. the brand is S&T
