Heard about this on Fox and looked it up. The guy is suing the range for $200,000 for a $15 fee. The ladies got in free.

Any number of promotions are "discriminatory." The word has been given bad connotations in recent years. Many people and businesses discriminate every day. Bars won't serve you if your under 21. The military won't take people physically unable to do the job. Blind people aren't supposed to get drivers licenses . The sign that says "No shirt, No Shoes, No Service," discriminates against the clothing challenged. How about the sign at the carnival that says "You Must Be This high to ride?" discriminates against short people and children. Anytime people are held to a standard, discrimination is occurring.
I guess his next challenge will be to sue every restaurant, that gives out discounts to veterans on Veteran's Day. Maybe he will sue Disney next time they have Gay Day (or whatever they call it) or Warm & Fuzzy Muslim Day. I know, he can sue NAMBLA, because they exclude women and girls. How about suing the New Black Panther Party, they don't allow whites. If one want's to head down this road, it will never end
