Wife has shot the .22 exclusively. Finally got her to dance with the .270. She now, obviously, owns her own. And yeah, she hit a bullseye at 50 meter's with her first ever shot on this firearm.

    Ben,

    Congrats! To the misses!
That is a great start in the world of HP Rifles and a good caliber for most anything she needs it for. Only thing "I Feel So Sorry for You! LOL! *NOW YOU DID IT! You just upped the $$$$$ on the ammunition budget!!!!! Guess who is going to be shooting a bunch!!! :D
Looks like she is really having a great time from the picture!

INDEED!! I taught the misses to enjoy shooting...now i can no longer sneak away for some "quiet "me" time" at the range...the proverbial double edged dagger. ;)

If you click on the picture you should get a 2 minute video of her shooting it.

She's gearing up to go shoot her 'cowboy gun' next week. .22 Heritage Rough Rider. I'll take the video camera and get some shots.

Gotta agree with that. Told her one day a week or so ago I was going to go to the range...next thing I know she's at the door with her rifle and pistol and her bag grinning, ready to roll!! And even I'm not dumb enough to tell an armed woman she can't go!!

Please do...I always take the camera and shoot the shooting sessions....you can then come home and review the "game tapes" for any form issues. safety issues etc.

I'm hoping to escape to the range next weekend myself for some powder therapy. Youngest asked this morning if i had rolled up any 44 magnum and .357s for him:rolleyes: then the wife jumped in and said it was HER turn to go. (she works weekends so she cant go on the weekends and the boy is in school during the week so he cant go during the week) i have created a couple of monsters!:)
