I have said before, be careful what you wish for. I would rather leave the laws in the hands of the various states.

I like the remark about this being a common sense law, turning their words on them.

Hopefully down in flames along with the fix NICS bill that got attached to it.

For Pete's sake folks oppose this bill. It's a disaster in the making and the fact nobody wants you know the fix NICS bill is in it also should give folks a clue about the intention of this bill.

It's already been posted here. Dallas53 commented in the thread as I believe you may have also.

Just go to KY House Representative Massey 's FB page.

I and every gun owner I know will be making calls to our reps to scrap fix NICS and NR.
Diane Fienswine is behind the fix NICS deceit along with some republicans.
That alone should have every self respecting 2A supporter opposing this bait and switch attempt.

Basing my opinion on personal dealings with NRA reps lieing thru their teeth here in KY to try to CREATE fol signage here last spring along with other new restrictions, using the same bait and switch tactic as this.
And the fact NICS is the NRA 's baby that it insists on.

    I'll believe Representative Massey.
Never caught him in a bold face lie.

I have the NRA, several times.

The bill in it's entirety is online for everyone. The NRA backing is how it should be.
As far as the NRA lying.....I haven't seen it. Saying it and proving it are two different things.

So you are calling me a liar?

I don't have to prove squat.
It was/is common knowledge in KY to any gun owners that were even vaguely aware of the whole mess.
Likely some KY members of this forum remember it. They sure do on every other gun forum I've seen with KY members.

They lied then. Even on their website until caught red-handed They are lying now as to what they , the republicans and Dems want to occur with this bill.

And that is the passage of the NICS fix bill with no NR.

The NRA birthed NICS, they support it to the last and will stop at nothing to expand it. It's their baby.

Don't be fooled on this friends and neighbors. Both bills have to die in the Senate or we are collectively headed over the falls.

Did you read the bill or not? And don't flatter yourself...I never single out anyone as a liar.
Your perception of reality is all that I question.

Yes sir I read the entire bill.
I also read the bill after it was rewritten in an effort to save it by a KY senator I've known since childhood. Once the NRA was told to take a hike and stay out if it.

The rewritten bill took all the garbage out but it simply didn't have time to get thru committe before the session was over.

It's been refiled for 2018. I listed a link to it in the KY forum here.
