Magpul stuff is generally tough , light and servicable while being affordably priced.

Not the absolute best money can buy, but pretty darn good stuff for the buck.

^^^^Agreed, I have several of their mags and just put one of the mid length hand guards on my girlfriends AR. Seems great for the $$$.

i agree with those guys ^

there is better stuff, but a lot of us cant afford that ****. i know i cant. hunt around and you can find good deals on pmags. got 2 gen3's for $10 each at a gun show yesterday. usually pay $12 for the gen2's.

i like their grips too. i have the MOE grip on my AR as well as the textured rail panels. really like them both.

$10 ha, remember a year ago? IF you could find them they were at least $50-75!

    Whewwww, glad that's over.

Learning from history I know it will likely happen again in my lifetime (if not worse), so I'm buying what I can now while prices are good.

i know, so glad i didnt bite on any of that stuff. i knew it would wear off, so i just saved my money. i have more than a few friends that paid $1500 for an $800 AR. sucks to be them. now if the ammo will just follow suit and drop down to 25-30 cents a round, i'd be in business.

i usually buy a mag or 2 at every gun show just as an investment. you can never have too many. and FYI, Quantico Tactical has a 5 pmags for $50 deal that they run every now and then. shipping is reasonable as well, like less than $10 IIRC

Thanks for the info, and yea I had a buddy who called me on the way home from a LGS back then and told me he had just bought the last two ARs in the place (a Rock River and a DPMS I think). He got both for just under $3 thou. Bad part is I was a little jealous at the time LOL.

I like their stuff in general. I have an MOE buttstock and pistol grip on one of my rifles. I'm a big fan of the SOPMOD style stock for my duty and competition rifles. But for the $$ and MOE is hard to beat. Really like the pistol grips. I got the CR123 battery insert core so I have extra batteries for my flashlight and Eotech on hand at all times. On another note...LOVE their slings. Have the MS3 on all my rifles and it's great.

Their mags are nice, but there is better (I kinda like GI mags) but it seems that their stuff holds up. I just think the market is a bit over saturated and in a way some of the stuff is a fad. For instance the ARs that come with the magpul furniture are way over priced if you were to buy the same AR and get the magpul stuff yourself. Either way they make good stuff.
