Wow! He and she were both very fortunate that he got to her just in time to save her. I hope he doesn't have to deal with any lawsuits from the BG's relatives.

Didn't happen, guns don't save lives....

I'm sure he could have just talked it over invited the kidnapper over for a beer at the rose garden and it woulda been worked out.

(Damn fine shootin in the dark)

Wow... As a rule, I usually do not believe the All Mighty intervenes in human events but talk about the "right" guy, in the "right" place, at the "right" time!

    Nice work Cuz!

    Tack

This doesn't surprise me at all. My family down there would do the same thing. Street justice is alive and well down there.

My cousin is a LEO in LA, and he told me several agencies have had to install shot spotters in certain areas because the people that live in those areas don't call the cops at all. Some body messes with their family and they go and pop a cap in them. Their family figures out who did it and they go and pop a cap in them.

But, Protective orders are all that is neccesary to keep abusers at bay. I simply do not understand what could have gone wrong.

Yeah, I hear you. Some people actually believe that.

File for a protective order AND always be armed.

Does anyone remember the case over 20 yrs ago when a young girl was kidnapped, raped, and murdered and the dirt bag was caught in another state and extradited to Louisiana ?

Cops were escorting the dirt bag up the concourse at Baton Rouge Airport and the girl's father pretended to be talking on a pay phone only to blow dirt bag away as they passed. It was caught on tape by the media.

Dad was arrested, went on trial and if I'm not mistaken was found not guilty by a jury.

    Gotta love the South.

He was found guilty and sentenced to 20 years in prison. The sentenced was reduced to parole and 6 mos. community service.:D

Are you confusing this with the BOY who was kidnapped by his Karate instructor, sexually abused and rescued. The dad executed the kidnapper in transit at the airport. I believe he was no billed by the grand jury

I hope the politico's don't pressure the prosecutor to charge him with murder like they did to Zimmerman. He ought to get a medal for his actions, but at least justice is served, so far.

I'm glade he gotta feel pain, most guys like that are on some creepy sick power trip. On a side note that guy should really invest in a flash light just in case. Something to keep in the truck with the tools would have helped.

Then again who's to say he would have even thought about at the time.

This was how it was meant to be, 911 is just not the answer to everything. I have heard some of the new orders of protection come in Kevlar, thats about the only effective Domestic violence stopper especially when its followed up by returning deadly fire on the perp!
