Lol your referring to me a stone blind sheep???.
    Really??
Here is some blind for ya.

Both major parties and practically everyone in office associated with them would if they thought it possible remove every right in the BOR from u me and everyone else.
The RTKABA and the fact the civilian populace is more heavily armed in this country than most nations armys is all that gives them pause . ANY of them excepting a handful.

There arent two Feds there is one. And it's still bent on total control of the population as it has always been

Dont believe that?? Read its history.

Balls not in my court my friend. It's in all of our courts.
I dont need to read your book to know the Fed gov , practically everyone in it , wants to turn you and I into subjects , and introduce an authoritarian socialist gov.
You trust a part of the Fed you trust and another part you dont.

Read back through the feds history of what it has done , or attempted to do , including its fed LE agencies once they created them.

You see a part that can be trusted.
I see one that has done nothing but try to increase its power and control ar every turn and WAYYYYY beyond anything the constitution permits.

    You trust Trump.

I dont trust any of them.

Ghost, I am punching your "ignore" button. It is obvious that you will never read that damned book, and until you do we are so far apart that we will never agree on diddy-squat and arguing with you is utterly POINTLESS. Have a nice life.

    Ok. Ignore is fine.

No book has ever been written that would make me willingly put trust in the Fed gov . Or state gov for that matter.

Both have a role. But both have stepped wildly outside of that role.

It is fixin to get real. Between the election, the protests , riots etc I believe it's going to alot more real than many think or are ready for.
    Hope I'm wrong.

Nasty edge to this discussion, the last dozen and more posts.

Civil dialog and discussion needn't be taken as being argumentative or pointlessly contrary. As suggested, the "enemy" is out there. We here aren't the enemy.

I agree. That's why I ended it, and made mention of the fact that our arguing was utterly pointless. Ghost is obviously well-studied and passionate about his beliefs. So am I. We just studied from different perspectives ... he considers my sources as "Alice In Wonderland" and I consider his mostly accurate but almost totally irrelevant, like a military general obsessing over the enemie's ground tactics while a B52 that he is totally unaware of is about to bomb him to oblivion. My focus is on the B52 and he refuses to believe the B52 even exists ... (and worse, won't even look ... even when I point directly at it). But until / unless he does look, any debate / arguement with him is utterly POINTLESS because we will NEVER AGREE. I don't know if he's just being stubborn for stubborn's sake, or if he's afraid it might crash his world view ... and at this point I am so frustrated with him that I no longer care.

I used to be just like Ghost, with the same views and convictions. Until I read a book that he refuses to read. The book that pulls back the clouds and makes that B52 plain to see. Everything in it is well-documented, with foot notes to his sources, and I did my own research into those same sources and they are legit. That book totally changed my world view and totally changed my life. I cannot get people on here to read it to save my soul, just because it has the word "conspiracy" in its sub-title. But my convictions are so strong that I will hit the "ignore" button on this entire forum if necessary. I implore all of you to read that book! PLEASE!

I'd suggest debate and discussion in forums isn't just seeking others to agree with one's perspective. Its chief value is in bringing out different perspectives so people can think for themselves based on a variety of viewpoints they might not have previously considered. Can't be forced upon people. Can only be presented.

Forcing, and snippy comments, brings a nastiness to conversation that has no place in civil dialog. Gets commentary off the ideas and all too often becomes about the people.

    Civil discussion is for everyone.

It's not everyone's cup of tea.

Well, when it gets to the point where literally EVERYTHING you say gets rebutted with an opposing comment ... all from the same guy ... and never lets up ... it is time to hit the "ignore" button and end it. When it has been going on for a good month or more, and the only way to end it is either never make another post or hit the dude's "ignore" button ... I'll choose the "ignore" button. Of course he could say the same thing about me ... and here you go yet again. (And he probably is and I just can't see it ... and don't care to).

I realize he csnt see it but my Alice in Wonderland comment was directed to LOC not Rancid.

Personally Rancid o dont think understood me which is probably my fault. My head isnt screwed on real good right now.

Basically we are in agreement . He just seems to trust a part of the Fed while I dont trust any of them. Not THAT huge a difference.

I have book marked one account, and video, I think of one of the first meetings in the Oval Office of President Trump, Pelosi and others, where he derided the Democrats for not getting Gun Control accomplished and that he would. There is the command to the ATF to violate the law and their own regs on the bumps stocks and 7 I think instances where the ATF and Government pulled their prosecutions of 2A legal issues involving silencers, machine guns etc...because the supreme Court would rule against the ATF and Government, and...they are still prosecuting people on the same charges that cannot afford the legal bills to go all the way to the Supreme Court. One Federal District Court ruled it was constitutional to sell handguns across state lines..yet the ATF is still prosecuting people on that. No directives no interference pro 2A by the White House. No protect and defend, where States like NY and NJ and others, where essentially 2A does not exist is not allowed. No National Reciprocity nothing pro 2A Rights from the White House. Only game in town however

I have come to the same conclusion as Rancid, for the same reason. try to find a thread where Ghost does not stir the pot. Argument purely for the sake of argument. I never met anyone who does that, that stops doing it. based on decades of observation, it looks like a guy who grew up arguing with his brothers all day about everything and nothing.

THANK YOU! The issue was one very narrow-focus situation and possible response. But he insists on dragging up the entire litany of Federalism.

Please don't construe anything I say as stirring the pot. The truth is the truth and Trump is My President. We will have to hold his feet to the fire though. God, Family, and Country!

I think his feet have been constantly in the fire for nearly four years and it's a miracle he isn't burnt to a crisp. :D
He has survived a daily literal barrage of accuations, a bogus impeachment attempt, nearly four years of daily deliberate lies and negative spin from the fakenews media, months of deliberately orchestrated violence in Portland, Seattle, Chicago, NYC and elsewhere just so they can say it is "happening in Trump's America", a Covid pandemic they also have tried incessantly to blame the effects of on him, on and on and on, non-stop. He has survived it all and his feet are just fine. And in spite of all that, he has accomplished more in under four years than has been accomplished in at least a decade. And if he is forced to use the Insurrection Act to put down deliberate widespread violence from the Left because he wins the upcoming election, he will survive that too ... in spite of some of the State's Rights extremists on here. I support the man 500%
