The other day an older friend dropped by and dropped off two hand guns to see if i was interested in purchasing them off of him. I have done a little bit of research but i was wondering if you guys could help me out with this. He hasn't stated any prices, and asked me to tell him what i consider them being worth. By no means am I trying to snag these off of him for a low ball price but i also do not want to pay too much at the same time. Just looking to make a reasonable deal with a family friend.

If you have a Gander Mountain, Wal-Mart, Books-a-Million, you may want to look at their guide on gun values. That should give you a fair price range.

the mauser hsc due to the waa135 means its possibly german nazi regime issue. value is hard to determine based on pics but my guess is its 85-90% with the blue book from 2 years back listing it as 475-350$ IF it is a nazi gun. lots of nazi arms have been parted together with post wartime production.

the high standard is in kinda rough condition there appears to be some rust on the barrel nd at some point someone ruined the front sight by paintng it. while it does have the box that would only really matter trying to get full 100% value. based on the pics i would rate it at 80-70% 225-185$

the hi-power is impossible to value without really good pics of all markings and the full serial number. there were and still are so many varients its hard to determine otherwise.
