looking for a new gun.

    I'm looking for a gun under 500$ probly for shooting for fun a car gun anything I don't care whatever in that price range.
    Most likely a long gun . Also I already have a mosin and a 10/22 so any ideas?

    SKS-(7.62x39mm. Cheap ammo, tons of parts available, and fun to shoot.)($250-$300)
    AK-47-(7.62x39mm. Cheap ammo, tons of parts available, fun to shoot, and uses detachable 20-30 up to 100 rd mags)($400-$600)
    Remington 870 express-(reliable, and fun)($200-$300)
    Mossberg 500-(also reliable and fun)($300)
    One of the Lee Enfeilds like the No. 1 Mk III or one of the other SMLE's-(.303 brit. Really accurate)($300-$550)
    Yugo Mauser-(8mm mauser. Cheap to shoot, and pretty accurate)($200-$250)
    Marlin XL or XL7-(comes in several calibers, and are really accurate. Basically a $700-$900 gun in a $350 pachage)
    98K Mauser-(8mm mauser. Cheap to shoot and really accurate)($200-$250)

    Just to name a few. :D

    Something in 7.62X39 .....Like an AK or SKS. Cost less to shoot.

    There is a Lee Enfield Jungle Carbine. They run about $550 on gunbroker.

    Im ready to spend my tax money and have $600 to spend.
    What about a cheap wasr10 from fleet farm they go for $450

    Or im going to get glock 23 any input

    I have xd9 sub, kel tec pf9, judge public defender, sig 1911 .22lr and a mosin nagant sniper.

    What should a person look for in a ak? Is there going to be more problems down the road with a cheaper stamped version?

    I'm not sure (I don't have an AK yet). I hear that the WASR AKs are pretty good, but some can have issues with the sites. If you can pick one out in person, this can eliminate this.

    Someone with more experience with AKs then me should respond soon.

    The kel-tec sub 2000 is a cool/fun/cheap/carbine/defensive/truck do it all type gun. It won't split hairs, but it'll do.

    Buford I got my 10/22 I looked at them they wobbled around and didn't feel good but then I shot it felt good Sry about any wrong typing broken right thumb.

    Also I was looking into the keltec and herd some really bad stuff so? What about the high point?,

    I heard mixed reveiws. I own a kel tec pf9, overall a good gun, but you sure can tell from holding it to shooting it they dont have the best engieners in the world. You get what you pay for.
