Nice score. I'd sure like to find a brick of 22 goodness in my neck of the woods.

I'm not complaining about the amount!!! Wife went to visit her mom and came back with it. Best part... Free!!! Came out of her fathers stash.

Blazers, my ammo of choice, when given a choice. I can't remember the last time I saw any in the wild.

It's all I can find. I'd love some Stingers or any plated ammo at a reasonable price.

About 3 months before the 2012 election, Blazer .22LR 40 gr. ammunition was easy to find and price just under the $19.00 a box of 500 rounds.

LGS has Blazer 50 round box of 40 gr for $8.99

Blazer does shoot a little dirty; but, even in the nasty wind, that ammo is on target.

They are down to $5 per 50 at my pawn & gun place. Less for bricks. He is now able to get almost any caliber of ammo. First time since early 2012 when I got here and began doing business with him has he been as well stocked. Brought home some more ammo and even made a trade with him for some this past week as well. Also traded 2 Guns with him for 2 others ordered. Might still get the Hi-Point Carbine. We'll see how long his being stocked well goes. Glad he's gotten in a nice selection of sights, scopes, mounts, rings, electronic optics. and other gear. He's giving a free Bag or case and free ammo with every purchase.

Does he have any .41 magnum by any chance? I haven't been able to find any decent .41 anywhere but Cabela's.

My Marlin 1894fg carbine prefers cast lead ammo over jacketed ammo. It hates remington ammo. I use hsm .41 magnum bear loads (LSWC) for deer hunting. I know I'm supposed to use modern expanding ammo but I can't get groups with jacketed ammo like I can with the bear loads. ;)
