So where do you all go to shoot past 100yds in Florida?

I'd like to get out to at least 500yds or so (500yd may not be considered "long" distance but it's significantly more than 100yd ;)).

What do you like/dislike about the range you go to?

Thanks in advance for any feedback you can provide. :D

It would help to know wher you are. Only ones I can find that offer 500yards or more. First one is private ,other is public. Now if there still open. You get to figure them out.

Justin's rod and gun club-Fort Myers . Back side of the jet port 239-368-5200

    Mikes okochobee guns 863-763-0122

I spent my first 42 years in south west fl and use to shoot in some of GAC's unfinished properties - Golden Gates south blocks and 1000 yards was practical to do. Thangs have changed sooo much.

Look at joining a hunt club. Most all have a spot to shoot safely on.

Thanks hardluk, I'll check those out. I also found Manatee Gun Club. Seems like everythign is North/West, not just of me lol, but on that side of the state.

I'm in southeast florida, on the Broward / West Palm line.
