Took the Howa out Monday to get in some shooting, and some relaxation. Set up targets and everything else. It was a little chilled sense the temp was around 41 deg. that morning. I had kind of a crappy day with the Howa; the rounds were nowhere close to a tight group. So I put it away and played with my Bersa and the Walther p22. After I got home I took the Howa out to clean it and things on the rifle started wiggling where they should not of. After a close inspection I found that the screws that hold the assembly to the stock were almost completely out, a turn or two more and the stock would of fell off. Lesson learned; never take it for granted that everything is hunky dory; check before and after each shoot.
