My wife bought herself a used lcr .22 she shot it for the first time this weekend. Shoots fine except for the spent shells won't eject. The eject rod will not budge, unless you tap it with something. Unfired rounds no problem. Think it's possible the brass is expanding that much??

Could very well be the ammo, I had a picky .22 revolver that wouldn't eject Remington or Winchester brass because they were always corroded, but with CCI ammo or any ammo that had really clean brass it never got hung up ejecting. Maybe clean the chambers with a wire brush rod and try that.

She was shooting cci. I was getting to throw some federals at it just to see,
But the rain moved in on us a bit quicker than I had anticipated.

Yeah could be a dirty gun. That's my first guess.

Second is tied for something wrong with the gun and something wrong with the ammo.

The ammo ran through her 22/45 with no issues, other than one stove pipe, and one dead round.

You did say was a used gun? Try Hoppes, good bore brush, clean the chambers well. try again.

Wait... A stovepipe in a revolver? Did I miss something?

Think he meant in the 22/45.
