These are far and few between nowadays. This is a great example of a company who really cares about their customers and realizes how hard it is to get them to try your product and, once you get them, to stay with you. I ordered a quick-detach scope mount from LaRue Tactical here in Texas. I did a lot of research and found that their products aren't the most expensive and not the least. Their prices are middle-upper to upper, I guess I would say. Just got the product today. Great quality, great packaging, a personal note from the owner.....and a LaRue baseball cap and jar of LaRue spice rub! Now, I didn't expect the little "extras"....but, for something that didn't cost them much, they've gained a customer for life! A perfect example of what the little "personal touch" can do.
