I can help you with Ma and NH.

NH: You can own and carry any thing, no restriction on blade length.

Ma: You can own anything, and you can carry anything with no restriction on blade length, except switch blades, durks, balisongs have a blade length limit of 1.5 in.

*Ballistic knives are illegal in all states.

Some states like FL use the word weapon in their CC permit. Concealed Carry Weapons permit. Knives would be OK.

No permit needed to carry the legal carry knives in Ma or NH

The only cities with different laws are Worcester and Boston.

I know the section about Tennessee isn't current. We have passed laws allowing handgun carry permit holders to carry in parks unless the city/municipality says no. For firearms I would go to the NRA.org website.
