I have owned and shot kimbers and coopers and both are the very possible best quality rifles you can get short of a full blown custom costing at least 1000. more. They are like a lambrogini and rolls royce combined. The WORST shooting kimber I've ever seen grouped .400" for 10 shot groups at 50 yards!
I have lots of experience with them as I stock them in my shop. Speaking as a gunsmith,It's expensive as well as time consuming to build rifles to best them by much.
I am a huge fan of Kimber firearms. The fit finish, and attention to detail is great, and they spare nothing on quality. My daily CCW is a .45 Pro Raptor II, and I have several of thier rifles as well. You can't go wrong there!
