How long can you wait to get a quality holster?? Most do have a waiting list. Simply rugged has a two nice pancake style, cuda and tribute that should work well. I have a well used pancake for a old dw revolver from them . Kirckpatrick makes some fine leathergoods but wait time? Kahr may have Mitch Rosens in stock.

I absolutely love the Galco "Concealable" model for my HK P2000 9mm---this is an OWB "Pancake" style, but small with minimum leather and holds the pistol very tight to the body---maybe they make it for the CW45? I also have a Kahr P45 and should probably look into one for that pistol---good luck!
