Just took it out, have not had the chance to clean and lube from the factory and take it to the range yet. It came with Mecgar magazines.

first pic made it look shinier than it really is:

tilting it shows more of its true colorization, greenish tint to the FDE matte anodizing.

    Paired with its military longarm:

can't wait to hit the range.

You are going to love it, very nice pics, bro.

Just noticed something...my P226 Combat has "frame made in Italy" stamped on it, what does your say? I think I see "USA" something.

Oh, and thank God for MecGar mags!

The Checkmates my son got when I bought him a 226 sucked. Replaced with MecGars...no more worries.

Nice looking SCAR 16S too, by the way.

I'm kind of kicking myself for selling my SCAR 16, but...

I paid $1,900 and the guy who bought it from me paid me $2800.

    :)

Thanks for the feedback Amsdorf. It is made in the Good Ole USA.

I'll check when it was built, its in the safe for the night but will post back.

Yes, I got lucky with the Mecgars.

I cannot blame you for selling the SCAR at that price. You can always get another now since the prices are finally stabilizing.

I saw your video...thanks God for MecGar is right! I have been to the range twice now. Ran 300 rounds through my Combat on its first day - flawless! and very accurate (I am an average shooter but this gun makes me look good). I have added the SRT to the combat and shot another 250 rounds and am loving the SRT kit. I feel my grouping is tighter and easier to achieve with the SRT.

Overall very happy with the P226 combat and look forward to many years of practicing with it!
