I just got back from the range. I wanted to take the Jeep out. And I was over due for a range trip. So...I killed two birds with one stone. The wife went along for the ride and took some pics. I just thought I would share. I was shooting my 1858 that Tina and Daniel gave me for my birthday, as well as my Super Blackhawk. Just a great time driving around in the desert and shooting guns, with the wife in tow. What else could I ask for. The 1858 shoots much better with the round balls than my home made bullets. I used a really soft lead bullet that I poured with my 200 grain mold. It is really for a .45acp. But I figured, what the heck, its a 451. They were really hard to start because they are not rounded at the bottom. They may not have been perfectly straight. That could account for the poor accuracy. The round balls did fine though.
