I hear all the hype about the judge, but is it over rated just because of people like myself that thinks it's an awesome idea shooting a shotgun shell in a handgun? To be perfectly honest, I don't have a particular need for one, but like I said, that's just cool as crap. Oh by the way have ya'll seen the new "Poly" Judge? Yep, polymer frame. That much cooler now.

I just don't really get it. A .410 is an adequate rabbit gun, I'd rather have a 20 for pheasant. So why is a 2 1/2" .410 fired out of a 4" barrel now such a devastating defensive firearm? I'd rather have a .357 any day.

Cool? Could be. Practical? Not for me.
Taurus - reliable? Jury is still out.

It's pretty much a very close range, point and shoot in that direction, mini scatter gun. Takes the accuracy away from the equation...and it's a Taurus.

My experience was quite bad, just search for my thread and see the pics. Taurus customer service isn't very good, turn around times are ridiculous (search for ninjatoth's thread on this as well).

Lucky for me, the blokes at my local gun shop are great and they took that horrible thing and exchanged for a Remington 870.

Just buy a 357 mag. Better in every aspect.
