I like my DeSantis D9 insider, but it's for a smaller Sub-Compact 9. You might see if they have something similar for the M57...

Also if anyone knows a good reasonably priced custom holster maker who can make one out of kydex that would be cool

I use a Tagua holster made for a 1911. Not the best, but it's rather comfortable. Mine is a LH IWB that I use to carry SOB.

For IWB I would use a Bianchi fold-flat belt holster, large size, taking advantage of its narrow profile. Probably any full size 1911 holster would be a good fit.

The Tok is an exotic choice for IWB. It was meant to be carried as a sidearm, in a flap holster. Just a thought, ignore it as you please.

The 1911 was originally issued in a flap holster, too...

The 1911s are modern pistols today, well adapted for concealed carry. The Tokarevs are vintage, no thumb safety, and the grip is even longer in the M57. Not a bad choice, but uncommon.

Mine have thumb safeties...I collect Norinco Model 213s made as 9mm only. They were banned in or around 1992, after about 4 years of importation. I wasn't thinking about the Romanian TTC or the Zastave M57...those don't have the thumb safety.

I enjoy how these feel when fired, and how simply they were designed. After adding Tokagypt grips, I think I may like the feel better than the 1911A1.

Thats the main reason why i'd like to get a good holster for mine. Because they are so slim and fit quite nicely

We can make a hybrid IWB for a Tokarev TT.
Not sure if that is the same as a m57 though...

    Prices start at $40
