OK so I have 375 rds of 20 ga ammo that I have no use for... 100 rds of Winchester 250 of estate and 25 of Remington... What I wanna know is could I unload the shot, powder, and primers and use that in a 20 ga reload? Ik I would need new wads and increase the powder charge from the 20 to 12... I was thinking if I buy a box of each in 12 ga and measure the powder then match that with the other loads it could work... What do u guys think?

Also I am still trying to sell this along with a 20 ga youth shotgun but it's not looking to good.. Price for both is 475.. I'll let just the ammo go for 100 bucks shipping included if anyone is interested.. I'll trade for 12 ga ammo too if anyone wants to.

First off you may have mistyped. You can't use some 20 ga and want to disassemble it and reload it into 20 ga hulls?

Presuming you mean you have 20 ga and need 12 ga, then NO!!!!!!!!

The only thing salvageable is the shot. The wads are different. The powder is an unknown variable and should NEVER be used as you are contemplating. There are so many different powders available that look exactly the same, but have have very different characteristics that doinig this is potentially disasterous. Decapping live primers is never a good idea. Too many bad things can happen.

Not to be rude but that is a horrible idea. What kind of shotgun is it? Usually youths aren't a hard sell around here, lots of kids and small adults like them as well as large adults love them for road hunting;)

That sounds like an easy sell, price it with the ammo. Somebody will be happy to take it. How much are you needing for it?
