The question is which Bipod? Swivel or not? I'd like to mount it on a Picatinny Rail that I would attach to my hand guard. How heavy are they? I don't want a lot of weight attached if possible. My Stag has the 20 in. barrel.

The two I have that are the rail mount kind weigh between 11 and 13 ounces. They are built of a combination of steel and aluminum and are the 9" to 11" ht. size.

Larue makes one of the best bipod/mount combos out there. The machine a set of Harris bipods the attach one of their mounts to form a single unit.

Mine allows the gun to pivot 15 degrees right or left of center. Is that what you mean Sniper?

The Harris BRS type bipod is what I use. It swivels left and right for uneven ground. The Atlas BT 10 is more money and not only swivels but pans as well.
