That is money well spent! You'll get a lifetime of shooting out of the weapon.

Looks much better without the Goodyear grips. I like that speedloader too. The SP is definitely the best looking Ruger revolver.

Sweet grips. Are those the Hogue's you mentioned above?

I like the Hogues! I'm still a Smith man but that's one great looking Ruger.

Great speed loader. Did you get the Bedside or Range Block?

    Yes.

Nope, I just ordered the speed loader to check it out.
I'll more than likely go back for the Bedside block.

I love the looks of those grips. I may have to consider these for my SPS-101.
How do the new grips perform at the range (ie; recoil, accuracy)?

The SP101 is a great gun. I have the Hogue rubber monogrip on mine.

Nice choice in a wheel gun, I also have this model and love it with the Hogue grips. These are great shooters, just get a quality holster to spread the weight around, the speed loaders are a must...enjoy

Hope will never be part of my emergency plan

Yeah, I've been looking online. I'm not seeing tons of options for a 3" 101. :(
