Have had good luck with 160gr. Lead Bullet in an SKS --- I love this rifle --- any one interested I would like to help you with A new adventure (lead in SKS).

I shoot a 150 gr cast gas check bullet through my AK and SKS's. They work well

I've never used lead bullets in my yugo sks. I might try it someday. I have some tl160's I tried in my .303 brit. that should work. They didn't work in the brit though. Kept keyholing.

Dang! That is some heavy projectile. Most of the wolf & tula pre-rolls are about 120-125grain. I have wanted to try some of the 154grain stuff from Tula. http://www.sportsmansguide.com/net/...x39mm-154-grain-soft-point-ammo.aspx?a=878461 Still copper jacketed SP though.

RUG3R44 --- keyholeing in 303 is common as bore dementions are all over the place --- I use A filler to corect the problem --- Be carfull fillers raise pressure --- load has to be reduced. Mag_01
