i remember llama

    what ever happened to this company?my dad had a little .380 looked like a little 1911....its long gone ,but would like to find another one for nostalgia's sake

    The company is long gone. Quality of the pistols was all over the place- as was the metal used. Have one a .22 LR that is a minature 1911. They are around- suggest you check gunbroker and auction arms.

    I have a llama MiniMax. It is a small 1911 still a 45 ACP and has a 10 round mag. It is too heavy to carry but over the years has shot well at the range (under ten yards). I don't what they were thinking when they made the pistol but I like it. Sort of a misfit in the 1911 rhelm and not that many to be had.

    I have a Llama .45, that was my dad's, but I don't know what model.
    Looks like a 1911, shoots great.
