I actually don’t own a 10-22. My only 22 LR is a lever gun. I’ve seen someone make one with an SKS- so I’m sure I could do it with my AK- I just don’t want to ruin my AK

at one time they made a mount for a dual AK, circa 1996, when MAK90s were cheap under 200 bucks. put a 75 drum in it and "go to town":D

I wish you could still pick up “pawn shop” specials like that. Mosins for $75, SKS for $150. Man- those were the good days. Nowadays just about any AK costs about the same as an AR

AKs are going for far more then a AR.

75 for a M-N? bought mine for 60 bucks. Chinese SKS for 70 bucks, 120 for Russian

I’m surprised at the AK prices, I regret not buying one 20 years ago

My AK ran about $700. There are AK’s running for far more though.

yeah, I couldn't amass my collection I have today at the prices milsurplus and clone gun are going for now...........I dug deep to get a pre-89 import POLYTECH LEGEND that came with bayonet, 2 drums, 3 NORINCO bakelite mag for 700. Bulgarian SLR-106ur I SBR'd came in at that price point

my other AKs; MADDIs, SAR3 were under 200 bucks

Sadly those days are long gone in the US. I’ve heard that stuff is still cheap in Canada though- not that that would help us here.

It looks like they are using a copy of the Ruger 10/22 receiver in the picture of it. Quality wise,Who knows? Even if it wasn't great, you could probably swap out parts with quality aftermarket pieces from Volquartsen or Kidd.

You couldn't give me a truck full of Mosin's,that's just one rifle that I can never like.
I bought two SKS's back in the day when they were $79,then sold them for $350 when Obummer was elected.

I have a friend who bought the one that uses two 10-22 rifles.

I am here to tell you that thing is an absolute HOOT to SHOOT,,,
But feeding it is where the cost of ownership soars.

We went through a 550 round bulk pack in less than 15 minutes,,,
And that's counting the time it took to reload the two 25-round mags.

I guarantee that whoever buys one of these things,,,
Will see it spending more time in the closet than anywhere else.

You may be right- that’s why I’d wait to see some reviews before buying one

Have a feeling the gun in the original post is an "other", IF it started with a vrgin receiver. Rifle is defined as fired from the shoulder. Handgun is defined as fired with one hand and concealable (under 26 inches OAL) See also Mossberg Shockwave.

And forget the Gatling- I want a working 1/5th scale model of a .50 Ma Duece- in caliber .17 HMR. Federal makes a black tipped, CCI makes a red tipped, and they LOOK like scaled down .50 BMG. Even if it is a semi.

when my ol' Army buddy was stationed at Ft. Hood, Tx. he was attached to the 1st Cav museum as the NOCIC. he said that the curator of the Museum bought a reproduction of a model 1866 Gatling gun on a wheel carriage and the ammo limber with it........ that was near the 100k range.

they use it to display in the museum and take it out whenever the living history group do historical re-enactments

Gun shop near Warrenton VA had a scaled down Gatling- nice wheeled carriage- in .38 Special. Finally sold- think it was about $10k.
