I like my deer or other game turned into hamburger meat instantly! It saves a LOT of work! All I gotta do is the seasoning and cooking! Lol....Merry Christmas!
May I suggest and recommend that you marinate your meat in a double change of buttermilk in a chilled environment for 24 hour?! The result of your venison roasts and even stew meat will be awesome unless if course your howitzer round just gave you shredded meat! Try the buttermilk cure!
