You can handle the recoil by carving a stock and atacthing it to the handle on the pistol.I suggest to carve it out of metal but some other recources will do.Then when you conect it it should handle the recoil.

If I could not handle the recoil on my high caliber pistol then I would be looking for a lower caliber pistol.

That would effectively make your handgun into a sbr. The atf tends to frown upon such things without a $200 tax stamp and an assload of paperwork

Ryguy is correct. To attach a shoulder stock to a handgun is (with very few exceptions) considered manufacturing a Short Barreled Rifle. This requires paperwork with the ATF, and payment of a $200 tax. Failure to do so is a SERIOUS felony, punished by up to 10 yrs in a Federal prison, and a fine of not more than $10,000.

    REALLY bad idea.
