I had forgotten about my dad's old mortar round that he had moved several times since his reserve days. While cleaning out mom's house, I came across it. It's a little tarnished and I'd love to somehow display it, but it's obviously not light weight. Some how need to get the WAF increased too :)

(Heavy German accent) Your pictures, plizz.

Ummm- cannot ever recall a 75mm Mortar round. We had 60mm, and 81 mm. There WAS a 75mm howitzer.

    Understand why need picchers?

    measure where?

The necked down brass measure 2.92". I couldn't get an accurate measurement of the larger diameter without digging out my 3" micrometer, but it's only a tiny bit over 3". Overall length about 2'. I'll try and get a picture this weekend
