Do you carry a primary and secondary ccw? If so, what's your preference?

I always carry the Kahr CM9 as my secondary/backup firearm. As for my primary in the winter/fall I carry a Springfield 1911a1, and in the summer/spring I carry a Ruger SR9c.

Just one. Beware the man with one gun, he likely knows how to use it.

I was thinking about adding an lcp to the collection and carrying it in my back pocket with a wallet holster as a backup. I can see how this can be useful if the situation called for it in the event someone attempts to rob me or any other situation arise. We'll see. Decisions decisions.

How does the cm9 shoot? I've been hearing good things about this one.

I ALWAYS carry two (but very often three). I am ALWAYS armed with a Glock 22RTF carried strong-side IWB or OWB, and a Glock 27 in my left trouser pocket. If it is cold (relative here in AZ), and I am wearing a jacket...there is a Taurus Model 85UL .38 Special or Model 905UL 9mm snubby in my right hand jacket pocket as well.

"One is none, two is one, and three...well that's just about right."

I will NEVER be dead for a lack of shooting back.

I carry one daily and it varies which one I carry depending on what I am doing and what I am wearing.
Depending on what I am doing I will carry a backup.
I am a private investigator and often work in personal protection so it's a good idea to carry two.
I always have a blade in my back pocket if it really gets nasty and/or hand to hand.

On duty I carry two. Primary in the normal strong side position on my duty belt, and a back up on my ankle. Off duty it just depends on what I'm wearing. If I'm in shorts in the summer I can't really use an ankle rig to carry a backup, so I just carry one. If I'm wearing long pants I'll usually have both. For knives I carry a Benchmade folder in my front pocket and a Ka-bar TDI in the small of my back under my shirt.

On duty I carry a SS S&W 5906 ( 9 MM) in the duty rig and a S&W Bodyguard 380 under left armpit. Of course I have a quick release under the dash for a Remmington 870 ( 12 Ga ) - - - - does that count? Loaded with buckshot but deer slugs on the side, easy to run them in if needed!

Civilian I normally just have the Bodyguard 380.

Your pants must weigh a TON! In ammo alone that's really heavy, not to mention the two guns, flashlight and spray.

I personally carry one, a Glock 26 IWB. If I had something small like an LCP, I would probably carry it in a back pocket, but I don't so oh well. Maybe one day.

I have the 27 now and I absolutely love it. I've been considering the g30 for a while. I might take the plunge one day. I want to shoot it first though.
