Gotta break 'em in. Over a week of wearing mine 12-16 hours a day, and it squeaks some still, but not as much

Oil it. It will loosen up. Mink oil is a conditioner and waterproofer.

I like the creak of leather. It sounds reassuring.

Break it in and put baby powder on it. An added benifit it makes you smell all fresh and clean.

Using saddle soap on it then mink oil works great.

It will go away after time.

    I like this answer. :)

I use Saddle Butter. It moisturizes the leather, so helps preserve it, but does not soften it.

Neatsfoot oil, if you can find it. Was designed for leather. Old as the hills.

careful using oils because it might cause the holster to lose its shape. Most of the ones I own specifically state to not usse oils on them.

Bad for holsters though, they loose retention.
