Where does everyone shoot? Here in the HiltonHead area I shoot @ Palmetto State Armory in Okatie. That is my home range.

I've got two places, one being a large outdoor sporting place in Troy Texas but it gets really busy during the weekend and it makes me uncomfortable and the other being a Police/Military training outfit that doesn't sell to the public but does allow you to shoot on when not being used for classes just right outside Fort Hood Texas that I enjoy the most because it's always real calm and the people are nice.

I go to an outdoor range regulated by Iowa DNR or in the winter one of the local indoor ranges.

Off my front porch. I have a 100 yard range in the front yard, I dont have far to go when I work up a load. I set in the middle of 1600 Acres, and I have up to 1000 yrds that I can shoot without leaving my house more than 100 yards.

    Yes, I am envious!!!:)
It sucks to work up a load and then have to wait for a trip to the range to try it.

I set up a range on the ranch several years ago that is 1/2 mile from the house, but I just recently put a much more elaborate one in by the old barn 70 yds from my back door.It is amazing how much more shooting I am doing now that I can just walk to the range.
I want to build a small shed with a really solid shooting bench at 100yds, maybe put some wheels under it so I can move it to whatever distance I want, but that will probably have to wait until spring.
