Lightfield is a reputable company, but it sounds like this is a less lethal round. I will never use a less lethal round in home defense. Because 1 pointing my gun and telling the bad guy to drop is warning enough. if I need to pull that trigger the bad guy is leaving in a body bag.

Couldn't agree more, if it gets to the point where I have to pull my firearm, there will be no warning shots, it's game over!

Yes, Lightfield is a very reputable manufacturer. No, you should not be buying Less-Than-Lethal ammo IMO -- shoot to stop someone when you need to but do not rely on gimmicks to do it.

If you have an over-penetration concern, address that. How?

    1. Hit your target
    2. Use lighter pellets (Remington #2 Shot minimum)

I have #4 loaded up in mine, I just wanted to know what people would think. I completely agree, if I'm shooting, I'm killing. That's how I am with hunting and that's how I'll be with HD

i wouldnt waste my time or money on that. if you have to pull a gun then at least have it loaded with something that will do the job, efficiently. and legally could cause you issues were the need to arise, a gun, by definition is lethal force, so if you have the need for lethal force, then a lethal load is what you should use.

no way i would ever use such a round. classed as a possible less than lethal, i would say let LEO worry about less than lethal!

i like the statement the ad makes, for those who may be reluctant to shoot another person, even in their own defence. well if a person is reluctant to shoot another person in a self defence type situation, then IMO have no business with a firearm!

There will only be one warning shot if there are two of you, that is for #2 and it will be when I shoot #1
